Context

Borzo (formerly Dostavista) provides same-day intra-city delivery. The challenge was standardizing the experience while accommodating local nuances across Asia and South America.

What I worked on

  1. Redesigned the main order placement form, reducing friction steps.
  2. Conducted usability testing on address input fields to handle various international address formats.
  3. Developed the initial design system tokens to allow for rapid region-specific theming.
  4. Optimized the courier landing pages for higher signup conversion.

Outcome

  • Successful rollout of the unified platform across 9 distinct markets.
  • Measurable increase in order completion rates due to the simplified form UX.
