Context
Borzo (formerly Dostavista) provides same-day intra-city delivery. The challenge was standardizing the experience while accommodating local nuances across Asia and South America.
What I worked on
- Redesigned the main order placement form, reducing friction steps.
- Conducted usability testing on address input fields to handle various international address formats.
- Developed the initial design system tokens to allow for rapid region-specific theming.
- Optimized the courier landing pages for higher signup conversion.
Outcome
- Successful rollout of the unified platform across 9 distinct markets.
- Measurable increase in order completion rates due to the simplified form UX.
