Context

Roistat is a marketing analytics platform that expanded into business process management. The goal was to create a seamless experience across disjointed tools.

What I worked on

  1. Designed the Virtual PBX interface for managing call flows and agent performance.
  2. Created the UI for the Speech Analytics tool, visualizing call sentiment and keyword density.
  3. Developed the “Platrum” ecosystem tools: Wiki, Task Manager, and Org Charts.
  4. Standardized the visual language across the legacy analytics products and new tools.

Outcome

  • Created a consistent navigation framework that increased cross-product discovery.
  • The new form builders and landing page constructors improved user retention.
